With this solution, office staff can access live videos, photos and location data transmitted via the smartphones of technicians, customers or external service providers in real time. This allows problems to be diagnosed more quickly and accurately without the need for a specialist to be on site at all times.
A classic use case is fault management. If technicians encounter an unexpected problem, they can relay the situation directly to experts in the office via live video transmission. They can get a precise picture of the damage, give specific instructions on how to rectify it and identify any spare parts required in advance. This saves time and reduces unnecessary trips.
Lovion EYE also offers an innovative solution for customer support. For example, if a customer reports a problem with a water or electricity connection, the support team can use a link to establish a direct video connection to the person’s smartphone. This allows the problem to be analyzed quickly and initial solutions to be provided directly – often without the need for a technician to visit the site.
Another highlight is the integrated chat function with automatic translation, which is particularly helpful in the event of language barriers. The system also has drawing tools that allow office staff to draw instructions directly into the live image.
