No app- web based

EmergencyEye® is based on WebRTC technology and enables direct data connection and communication between Internet-enabled devices. Thus, no app is required for their use and the best and latest solution is always available.

Through EmergencyEye®, anytime and anywhere, in addition to live video, chat with translation, accurate and continuous location, a photo function and many other features of commercially available smartphones can be used during an existing phone call from a PC, tablet or laptop.

Vodafone is our development partner from the very beginning and provides not only a superfast SMS gateway but also a zero rating.

Since 2020, employees of the Evonik AG plant fire department in Marl have been using EmergencyEye® technology in their daily routine.

As a leading Swiss telecommunications company, Quickline, together with its independent, regionally based partners, uses live video consulting in service and customer support.

Swiss Post has worked with us to further develop EmergencyEye® technology and can report on experience in use with its own customers.

The Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, in cooperation with Corevas GmbH & Co.KG, has made the technical implementation of EmergencyEye® possible within the framework of the Horizon2020 project.

Together with BASF’s plant fire department, we are working on computer-aided image processing to support decision-making processes.

After an intensive review of the technology, data protection and cyber security, Bayernwerk decided to use EmEye-T® in the company.

The Touring Club Switzerland sees the use of EmergencyEye® technology in accident reporting but also in roadside assistance. Helping faster and more efficiently is the premise here.

Since 2020, dispatchers in the Swiss canton of Aargau have been able to use EmergencyEye® to assess emergency situations even better, determine the location precisely and provide targeted assistance.

The district control center of the Kleve district was one of the first to integrate EmergencyEye® into its emergency call management system and is also involved in the further development of the technology.

The Lahn-Dill district was the first district in Hesse to use EmergencyEye® in both the district control center and the crisis management team to assess the situation and support the population.

The EmergencyEye® technology supports the customer service of UNITO Versand & Dienstleistungen GmbH and hereby customers of Quelle with queries and service requests.

Instead of describing malfunctions on the phone, V-Zug has been offering customers the opportunity to support problem analyses and solutions via their cell phone camera since 2021.

EFA SmartAssist®

EFAFLEX uses the EmergencyEye® technology as its own brand under the name EFA-SmartAssist® in the company worldwide and thus optimizes its own service for technicians and customer service.

ISE mbH was a development partner within the Horizon2020 funding project and enables the integration of EmergencyEye® into the mission control system “iSE-Cobra4”.

VivaSecur enables system start-up from the operations control system and central data storage via interfaces from the SecurCAD and Dalles3 operations control systems to EmergencyEye®.

UNION TECHNIK is the all-rounder in the field of technical service and is supported by EmEye-T® in dealing with the daily challenges.

EmEye-T® supports the customer service of UNITO Versand & Dienstleistungen GmbH and hereby customers of OTTO Austria and Central Europe with queries and service requests.

Odenwaldkreis Logo

As part of the project “Katastrophenschutz goes digital” , the Odenwaldkreis is the first municipality in southern Hessen to use EmergencyEye® to support emergency response.

Rhein-Kreis-Neuss is not only the home county of EmergencyEye® technology, but has also played a major role in the development of the technology, from the district administrator to the dispatcher at the control center. We thank the county dispatch center, the ÄLRD, the county administrator and all supporters for their enthusiasm and help.

Following an intensive test phase, the Stade Rescue Control Center has been using EmergencyEye® in the control center, emergency response, vaccination center and health department since the beginning of 2021.

In einer persönlichen Session erklärt Gründer und Inhaber Prof. Dr. Günter Huhle Ihnen kurz die Funktionalität und übergibt Ihnen direkt die Führung. Anschließend dürfen Sie die Zugänge zum System für zwei Tage behalten, um EmergencyEye® in Ihrem Umfeld zu testen und vorzuführen.

With EmergencyEye®, we offer more than just video support via smartphone. Experience for yourself how simple yet powerful EmergencyEye® is. In a personal session, founder and owner Prof. Dr. Günter Huhle will briefly explain the functionality and directly hand over the reins to you. You will then be allowed to retain access to the system for two days to test and demonstrate EmergencyEye® in your environment.
