Since 2022, LVM Versicherung has been using EmergencyEye® technology to offer its customers even more efficient and convenient support. Thanks to this innovative video support, claims adjusters and service staff can access customers’ smartphones directly without having to install an additional app.
This technology can speed up many processes considerably. In the case of vehicle damage, for example, video support enables a quick and precise assessment to be made directly on site. Customers receive access to the video connection via a link, in which an LVM expert can assess the damage live. This allows repair measures or towing services to be organized in a more targeted manner, and claims settlement is significantly faster.
Thanks to EmergencyEye®, LVM also offers a prompt assessment of building damage, for example after a storm or water ingress. Experts can record the damage directly via the video link and initiate appropriate measures. This means that tradesmen can be commissioned more quickly and necessary repairs can begin promptly.
In addition to classic claims settlement, the video service also supports customers with general questions about documentation or processing. Anyone who is unsure about which photos or documents are required for a claim can get advice via live video. LVM employees guide customers step by step through the process and ensure that everything runs smoothly.
