											"OnHelp" for visual support and interactive problem solving
In September 2024, Stadtwerke Bochum Netz GmbH introduced OnHelp, a pioneering technology based on EmergencyEye® technology. The aim is to make the work of employees in the network control center, the central point of contact for fault reports, easier and at the same time improve communication with citizens and technicians.
OnHelp, short for Online Help, enables the staff of the network control center to effectively use the versatile functions of EmergencyEye®. This technology opens up new possibilities in communication by providing access to real-time information, visual support and interactive problem solving.
Thanks to the integration of EmergencyEye®, network control center staff can, for example, use live video connections to assess faults more precisely or provide interactive instructions that are directly tailored to the problem. This not only improves response times, but also ensures more precise processing of fault reports.
The introduction of OnHelp underlines Stadtwerke Bochum Netz GmbH’s commitment to digital innovation and modern citizen service. In the future, further areas of application for OnHelp could be developed within Stadtwerke Bochum in order to optimize even more processes and workflows.
