											Premium service for remote diagnostics and live video support
The process is very simple: as soon as a customer contacts V-ZUG customer service, they receive an SMS with a secure link during the call. By opening this link, an encrypted live video connection is established, allowing the technician to inspect the appliance remotely. Based on the visual information, the specialist can give specific instructions to rectify minor faults directly. If a repair by a technician is required, the prior video analysis helps to prepare the job in the best possible way – so the required spare part can be brought along to the appointment.
This service has many advantages for customers: It saves time, avoids unnecessary technician visits and reduces potential costs. Furthermore, no additional app or software is required, so access to video support remains uncomplicated.
The service is available from Monday to Friday during business hours and helps to solve problems quickly and efficiently.
